INTERIOR DESIGN

Our best-selling & go-to design package. This is the full service of interior design inclusive of complete plans and details, 3Ds, and coordination with suppliers and contractors.

  • This package is perfect for the following project set-ups:

    • from the ground up projects (residential houses)

    • bare/unfurnished condo & residential units

    • major renovation works

    • Mood Board

    • Interior Design Plans with complete specifications:

DESIGN CONSULTATION

One step at a time, they say. This package works best for clients who want to improve a specific area at their own pace with tips & instructions from an interior designer.

  • This package is perfect for the following project set-ups:

    • no major altercation to the original structure (no demolition, no retiling, no new carpentry works, etc)

    • clients who wish to do the improvements on their own and at their own pace

    • for specific room concerns and/or condo studio units

    • Online design consultation

    • 2 Mood Board Options reflecting FF&E

    • Layout Sketches

    • Procurement List

    FF&E: Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment

  • If needed, additional slots can be discussed for the following deliverables:

    • 3D renders (Php 2,500 per view)

    • This package is completely online. Any verifications on site shall be done by the client.

    • Client will coordinate with third-party contractors & suppliers regarding requirements and delivery.

    • No revisions are allowed for the mood board. Discussion prior to mood board making is a must.

DISCOVERY CALL

Let’s hop on an online meeting to get to know each other! But first, I’d like to know about the project brief prior the meeting. Please fill up this form to get started.

DESIGN PROCESS

After signing the contract and settling the downpayment, we’ll proceed with the ocular visit, space planning, and visualization. Once we have our approved design proposal, I’ll proceed with the technical drawings needed for construction.

COORDINATION

Let’s get our hands dirty! I’ll be conducting scheduled site visits to ensure that the design is properly implemented and problems are getting solved.

FAQs

  • I am based in Quezon City, Philippines. I currently work as a self-employed interior designer.

  • My professional fee depends on various factors such as but not limited to:

    SCOPE OF WORKS- are you planning to have major renovations which will require a lot of new finishes and furnishings, as well as custom-made items?
    AREA- how large is your space or the rooms that we'll be working on
    SITE LOCATION- is it within Metro Manila or neighboring cities?

    These are the most common questions I usually ask during an inquiry, although I may you ask more so I can compute and charge my fee accordingly. Other factors such as taxes, transportation fees, etc. may also affect the professional fee quotation.

  • I only provide professional interior design services as of the moment. Please refer to this page for more details about the design packages and what to expect.

    Please note that the quotation for interior fit-out/renovation, furniture & custom-made items, engineering plans, etc. are NOT included in this quotation. These will be given by separate suppliers and contractors.

  • Depends. I would have to check if your preferred timeline is feasible with the scope of works mentioned. If yes, please bear in mind that I might have to increase my design fee since I would be hiring people to help me expedite work.

  • No, I don’t consider any sort of ex-deals for my projects.

  • I’m focusing more on residential interior design nowadays, but I’m not closing doors on other commercial projects. Feel free to inquire or message me and lets see where we’ll go from there! :)
